Objective:  I can produce clear and coherent writing in which the development, organization, and style are appropriate to task, purpose, and audience drawing evidence from informational or literary texts to support analysis so I can showcase the learning I have done throughout the year in a way that suits my learning style (W4&9).
Agenda:
  • Entry Task:  Sit at the station set up for your selection.
  • Review the rubric and the purpose for our work.
  • Utilize your time to work on your project.
    • Remember, this is your opportunity to maintain or change your grade for the better.
    • If you are "done" please show me your work, and I will go over it with you to ensure that this is the grade you want to receive.
    • There is no reason to rush--take your time.  If you truly do finish early, you may complete a second project for extra credit.
  • Exit Task:  Each day I will check your work to look for progress.  Remember, "use of class time" is scored on the rubric and daily completion points will be added each day to keep track of this.
