Objective:  I can read The Great Gatsby through the lens of Gothic, Modernism, or Feminist literature to have a deeper understanding of the book beyond the plot, and I can investigate the motives and emotions of one character.
Agenda:

• Entry Task:  Review the second half of the above objective, and add it to the top, back of your lens chart.
  • Review your lens questions
  • Follow along to chapter 3 (34 min.)
  • Answer 1 lens question
    • ​Move to your groups and divide up the scrapbook items--each person must complete 1 of the writing options--no person may do 2 art pieces.  You will work together on the lens criticism.
• Exit Task:  Turn in one copy of your scrapbook rubric with the names of who will complete each component.
