Objective:  I know the purpose of building a website in LA9 is to showcase my personal and writing style as it develops through the course of the year, and I can follow directions to create my first page.

Objective:  I can behave as if it is Friday and utilize this time to begin reading my book and complete my Why This Book activity.
Agenda:
  • Entry Task:  IT'S PRETEND FRIDAY!!!  Get out your book folder and book and find a quiet place to read.
    • 25-30 min. sustained silent reading (sub has been asked to keep track of anyone off-task or without a book)
    • Make sure your Why This Book is complete and show the sub (s)he will check it off for you to earn your participation points for reading this week.
  • Exit Task:  Once you have your Why This Book checked off, put your reading folder back in the filing cabinet in alphabetic order.
