Objective: I can participate in a collaborative discussion to understand how Greek Mythology accounted for the existence of humanity and where I have seen the allusions seen in the videos I watch today (SL 1). Agenda:
Entry Task: If you did not finish yesterday, you have 5 min. to finish and turn in your work, or you can complete and turn in on your own time
DW: According to your beliefs, how has human life come into existence. Be as detailed as possible in your description of the event.
Handout the pieces of the definition of existence in mythology to the students while they are working on their description.
Review the group-work self-assessment; you will complete this before you turn in your work.
Then, you will find your groups to create the explanation of existence in mythology. Once in your groups, you need to put the phrases in the correct order and each student needs to copy the explanation into your notebook.
