Objective:  I can consider A Thousand Splendid Suns or The Kite Runner through one lens of Critical Theory, and share my perspective within a small and larger class discussion on themes that are relevant to both books. 
Agenda:

• Entry Task:  MC--Be prepared to share if called on.
• Sit with at least two people who are reading through the same lens as you.
• 15 min. Review your lens questions  and answer 1-2 questions in a thorough paragraph or two incorporating evidence from the reading
  • My Essential Lit. due April 24th
• 5 min. Review the Whole Class Discussion Questions and select at least one to bring to the conversation
• 20 min. Participate in Whole Class Discussion, marking off the questions completed by the class
• Exit Task:  Complete one section of My Essential Literature--due April 24th
