AP Daily Objective & Agenda

Objective:  I can select a book based on my own preferences and join a group of at least 3 people with whom to share my ideas, and create a visual product to advertise for the book.
Agenda:
  • Entry Task:  Stand by the book you chose
    • Explain why (try to persuade others)
    • Vote for the book club you want to join and return to seat
    • Must have at least 3 members--if not, re-select
    • Review expectations for meetings from packet and discuss possible products--you can complete one together or individually 
    • Move to sit together and write out what you will do together for your project and when you plan to finish the book (we will begin Kite Runner or Thousand Splendid Suns on 3/20) 
    • receive My Essential Literature and research author, time period, etc. keep plan in folder
  • Exit Task:  Get your book! Many titles are available from me or the library.
