Objective:  I can watch Hamlet Act IV-V through the psychoanalytical or archetypal lens and make meaning of plot points I may have missed through the reading.
Agenda:  

• Entry Task:  Get out copy of Hamlet, lens questions, and My Essential Lit.
• Watch Act IV-V--Votes for the movie are on the board by the calendar.
  • Before viewing:  What's the deal with Rosencrantz and Guildenstern?  What's the deal with Norway?
  • During viewing:  Take additional notes on lens questions, using play to find quotes that support your thinking.  These are due tomorrow, so you can use them on your writing.  
• After viewing:  Review the AP Prompts we have seen thus far to get you thinking about how to manipulate the meaning for your essay; if you did not select to watch the film, you can write practice opening sentences for each of the prompts--also, make sure your My Essential Lit. is complete.
