Objective:  I can read Act III, scene 4 through the psychoanalytical or archetypal lens and share my ideas in a Socratic Seminar to deepen our understanding of Hamlet. 
Agenda:  
  • Entry Task:  Multiple Choice #31
  • Listen Act III, scene 4 (12:34 min.)
    • Before reading:  How does Hamlet and Ophelia's relationship seem?
    • What does Hamlet plan to do about Claudius?
    • What are Polonius and Gertrude planning?
  • After reading:  Sit in outer or inner circle as assigned yesterday.  Review inner and outer circle expectations.  Discuss/take notes depending on your role.  Review and assess your participation and turn in your Socratic Seminar packet last 5-10 min.
