Objective:  I can provide a conclusion that follows from and reflects on what is experienced, observed, or resolved over the course of the narrative  (W11-12.3e) for my Dystopia or Horror story.
Agenda:
  • Entry Task: Get your self-assessed short story rubric and consider what you need to do to conclude your story today.
    • Get out your Chromebook and use the period to finish your story
  • You will turn it in today.  Before you do so, self-assess on the same rubric, making any changes from the additions you made to your story.
  • “Turn in” your story to the assignment in Google Classroom.
  • Exit Task:  On your self-assessed rubric, answer--How do you feel about the story you turned in?  If anything, what would you do differently? What did you learn about yourself as a writer during this process?  Please turn in your rubric with your name on it. Your story will be scored using it, so you can compare your self-assessment to my teacher assessment.
