Objective:  I can conduct a short research project to answer my questions regarding my future plans (W11-12.7), and I can produce a clear and coherent outline in which the development and organization are appropriate to planning my future for both training and career in order to make a decision I can work toward for the foreseeable future (W11-12.4).
Agenda:
  • Entry Task:  Get out your notecards and notes about MLA citation as well as your Chromebook.  Sit where you can focus on your research questions. Your outline is due at the end of the period.
  • Using your notecards, search for the answers to your questions.  Make sure to accurately cite as you go.  DO NOT move on to another question until you have done the MLA Citation and parenthetical (in-text) citation on the card as shown in the example.
  • Once you have found all of the answers to your questions. Insert the information into your outline with the parenthetical citations.
  • Complete your conclusion with a decision you are happy with for the foreseeable future.
  • Exit Task: Double-check that your Works Cited accurately reflects your parenthetical citations and “Turn In” your outline.  If you do not complete today, this is homework. You need to have made a decision to work with for Monday.
